No. All plans are flat-rate. You get unlimited residents and unlimited beds — you only pay the monthly plan price regardless of how many beds you fill.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS. We use PostgreSQL with full audit trails and compliance-grade logging of all resident record changes.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. We assist with onboarding and data migration completely free. Most operators are live the same day.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. SoberLivingOS is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any phone, tablet, or computer. Residents and staff can install it on their home screen for a native app experience.

What payment methods does SoberLivingOS accept?
Residents can pay by credit or debit card saved on file with autopay. The platform uses Authorize.net for secure card processing. Staff can also log manual payments (cash, check, money order).

Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans include a full NARR certification module with documentation tracking and exportable compliance reports.
