1. Create your account — sign up and access your operator dashboard instantly
2. Add your houses — enter house names, addresses, capacity, and bed rates
3. Import or invite residents — bulk import from a spreadsheet or invite residents individually
4. Configure billing — set recurring rent schedules (weekly, monthly), let residents authorize autopay for their own payment method, and add any initial balances
5. Set up staff — invite house managers and staff with role-based access
6. Go live — residents download the PWA and start checking in; billing runs automatically
